About the event
The workshop will provide participants with a deeper look at how trauma impacts the nervous system. This training will explore different techniques for Trauma treatment including Memory Reconsolidation, Poly-Vagal Theory and how they relate to approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, and/or Mindfulness Based Emotional Processing.
