Intensive Outpatient Program
Serna Solutions is excited to announce our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at our location in Albuquerque! Our unique IOP program is tailored for persons facing challenges with addiction and/or co-occurring disorders. With a strong focus on evidence-based practices, our IOP offers nine hours per week of treatment with experiential groups. We center our approach around two proven models: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA). These practices have shown remarkable success and complement each other with their skills-based orientations.
Although we specialize in EBPs, we also understand the importance of holistic approaches to treatment and recovery. In addition to DBT and CRA sessions, participants in our IOP will have access to mindfulness training.
At Serna Solutions, we strive to make our services accessible to all. Therefore, we accept all New Mexico insurances, including all commercial plans and varieties of Medicaid.Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Medicare at this time.
