Chelsie Miller, MA, LMHC

Chelsie’s primary goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and support her clients in working towards reconnecting with their higher self. Chelsie brings creativity and depth into sessions focusing on alignment of the entire being (mind, body, and soul). Chelsie strives to help her clients achieve their goals and heal from issues that may be interfering with their personal growth and fulfilling relationships. Chelsie’s inspiring, authentic, and warm-hearted style helps her clients to gain awareness and make positive changes in their life. 

 

Chelsie incorporates talk therapy with holistic and somatic healing modalities such as breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, reiki, and yogic practices. Chelsie also enjoys incorporating inner child work, spirituality, art, sand tray, and nature-based practices into sessions. Chelsie enjoys working with teenagers, young adults, and mid-life adults, who struggle with a low sense of self, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship dysfunction, life adjustments, and sexuality on an individual, couples/family, and group basis. Chelsie utilizes several theories in session including: Person-Centered, Gestalt, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Existential, Jungian, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and shifts the method of therapy when needed. She enjoys bringing restorative energy to the people she comes in contact with and wants to continue to expand the love and joy in this world. 

 

In her downtime, Chelsie enjoys spending time with her cat, meditating, breathwork, yoga, reiki, art, music, dancing, playing games/sports, traveling, reading, hiking, camping, backpacking, kickboxing, star gazing, and exploring the world around her.
