Monica is pursuing her Master of Social Work in Clinical Concentration through New Mexico Highland University where she received her BSW. Monica’s interest in counseling and healing began with her role as a Wilderness Therapy Field Guide working with at-risk teenagers in southern Utah and continued as residential staff at the Life Healing Center here in Santa Fe, NM. Monica draws on the healing power of nature, mindfulness, play, conscious relationships, and spirituality in her life.
