Ramona Bauman, Office Manager, Rio Rancho

Ramona Bauman is the Office Manager for our new Rio Rancho location. Ramona was raised in Germany and has 3 grown children. She received her Paralegal Studies certification and Associate of Applied Science from New Mexico Technical Vocational Institute College in 2005 and has been serving in the behavioral/mental health field in HR, administration, case management and housing since 2011.

Ramona holds the following Certifications:

Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW): Peer support services led by people in recovery, based on the philosophy of peer support through the Office of Peer Recovery and Engagement (OPRE) within the New Mexico Human Services Department, Behavioral Health Services Division (BHSD)

Certified SOAR Representative: SOAR representatives are service providers who utilize the SOAR model to assist with SSI/SSDI applications for the houseless population.

Ramona Bauman is a former Blue Star Mother of a US Marine and a daughter of a retired Army SFC with 21 years of military service. She is excited to be a part of the team at Serna Solutions and is looking forward to being able to combine her skills and knowledge with the many new and ongoing programs.
