Lara French is originally from Southern California. She and her family currently reside in Santa Fe, and love calling The City Different their home. After raising four children, Lara returned to school to pursue her MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. She is currently an intern at Serna Solutions.
Lara has dedicated herself to many humanitarian causes in the local area, including assisting families with children facing homelessness, resourcing elders with companionship, services, and food, and aiding refugees.
Lara uses a humanistic approach influenced by depth psychology. She is deeply committed to each client’s well-being and personal growth and strives to build a therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and respect. By applying the insights and wisdom of depth psychology, her goal is to help individuals embark on a transformative journey leading to a more fulfilling and authentic life. Lara also incorporates DBT, CBT, and Gestalt Therapy techniques.
