Cecilia Rivas is the Office Manager for Albuquerque,. Cecilia Rivas is bilingual and received her Medical/Office Assistant Certificates from Central New Mexico Community College and has been serving in the behavioral/mental health field in administration since 2010. Cecilia has provided Organizational Representative Payee services to Social Security Beneficiaries, General Office Management for a local Non-Profit and specializes in Behavioral Health Insurance Billing. Cecilia Rivas has provided General Office Support for Outpatient Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP), Family Stabilization Services (FSI), Youth Support Services (YSS) and Behavioral Management Services (BMS).

Cecilia Rivas also received the following Certifications:

  • Certificate of Completion for the Behavioral Health Interpreter Training for Interpreters from the National Latino Behavioral Health Association (NLBHA).
  • Mental Health First Aid USA- Youth from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
  • Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) Training from the Consortium for Behavioral Health Training and Research and the UNM Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
