Magda Lorayne Johnson. MA, LMCH. She is a native from Peru and bilingual in Spanish and English. She has a BA in Integrative Leadership Studies and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling in Clinical and Mental Health from the University of New Mexico. Magda has training in Emotional Education, and is a Facilitator for Integrative Processing Technique, an in-depth exploration of emotional healing release as practice using Behavioral Kinesiology. Magda has also trained in Motivational Interviewing, CRAFT, Play therapy, EMDR, and uses psychodynamic and CBT approaches. Magda extends a warm safe environment for her clients of all diverse backgrounds as she understands from experience the cultural, socioeconomic, and language existing barriers. She has raised her 5 children in a bicultural home and brings life experience along with compassion and a genuine desire to use her skill to help clients in their healing process.
